Our store is powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. By visiting or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You confirm you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate and complete account, billing and shipping information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We try to display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device. Descriptions, pricing and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline any order. We must receive and process payment before acceptance. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided. Returns/exchanges are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale.

Processing times are shown in our Shipping Policy. Delivery windows are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier confirms delivery.

All content on the Services (text, images, graphics, logos, designs, video, audio and their arrangement) is owned by Farlari or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No license is granted except as expressly stated. Our names, logos and designs are trademarks of Farlari; other marks belong to their owners.

You may access third-party tools via the Services “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Your use is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms. Any new features released will also be subject to these Terms.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Sales are made by Farlari, not by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for our sales, products, warranties or customer service. By using the Services, you release Shopify from claims arising out of your transactions with Farlari. See also our Privacy Policy for how Shopify processes data.

10. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain personal data is processed by Shopify to provide and improve the Services. See Shopify’s privacy policy for details.

If you submit reviews, ideas or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Farlari a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display such Feedback for any lawful purpose. Information on the Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We may correct, update or cancel orders affected by such errors at any time.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remainder will remain in effect.

19. WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies referenced here (including the Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund Policies), constitute the entire agreement between you and Farlari regarding the Services.

20. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer them without notice.

21. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page or as otherwise required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
