Return window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at farlari.info@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label ($6.95 flat fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake). You’ll also receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll arrange a replacement or free return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
- Gift cards cannot be returned.
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products), and any customized or personalized items, are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method, minus the $6.95 return shipping fee. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
