Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates (United States)

• Standard shipping: $4.95 for orders under $35
• Free standard shipping for orders $35+ (after discounts, before tax)
• Estimated delivery time: Most orders arrive within 4–14 business days after processing, depending on the item, supplier, and delivery location.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us within 7 days at farlari.info@gmail.com.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Pre-Orders / Backorders
If an item is on pre-order or backorder, your order will ship once all items are available. Estimated ship dates will be displayed on the product page.

Multiple Shipments
Some items may ship separately if your order contains products from different suppliers.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or overseas U.S. territories.
